HE DID IT INCORRECTLY, I FOUND OUT, BECAUSE HE MADE A LABEL FOR A FULL RETURN, NOT A PARTIAL RETURN UNBEKNOWNST TO ME. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP SPENT 45 MINUTES ON THE ***** WITH ME ATTEMPTING TO JUST GENERATE A NEW LABEL. THEN I DECIDED TO SEND A COUPLE MORE THINGS BACK AND CONTACTED THEM AGAIN. I HAD ORDERED TOO MANY, I CONTACTED SIMPLISAFE TO TELL THEM I WANTED TO SEND SOME BACK. THE **** WHO INSTALLED IT AND I DECIDED THERE WERE SEVERAL PIECES THAT I DID NOT NEED. I HAD THE SYSTEM INSTALLED AROUND THE FIRST WEEK OF APRIL. I ORDERD A SIMPLISAFE HOME SECURITY SYSTEM ON 3/24.
